CAA 2003 Registration Information

All presenters and session organizers must register for the conference by February 15, 2003. To qualify for early registration, non-presenters must register before February 15, 2003. To register:

1. Complete a Conference Registration Form.

2. Mail the registration form and a cheque to:

Fees

All fees are in Canadian dollars. Out-of-country participants must send a cheque or money order in Canadian funds.

Early Registration *	Before Feb. 15, 2003	Regular	$75
Early Registration *	Before Feb. 15, 2003	Student	$45
Late Registration*	After Feb. 15, 2003	Regular	$85
Late Registration*	After Feb. 15, 2003	Student	$55
Daily Registration **		Regular and Student	$35

*Note that Presenters and Session Organizers must register early.

**Conference attendees may register for daily passes at the registration desk in the main lobby of the McMaster University Student Centre each day from 8am to 12 noon.
