The conference venue, The Sheraton Hamilton Hotel will be the host hotel for the duration of the conference. Accommodations include wireless internet and the use of the fitness centre.

All room rates are subject to 5% PST, 6% GST and 3% Destination Marketing fee. The rates established for this event will be extended 2 days prior to the first day of arrival and 2 days following the last day of departure as outlined above, subject to availability.
The block of rooms will be held for the CAPA 2008 conference until October 6, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 pm local time at the Sheraton Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
