Sule Alan received her Ph.D. in 2001 and is an Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, York University.
Tom Crossley received his Ph.D. in 1998 and is an Associate Professor, Department of Economics, McMaster University.
Paul Grootendorst received his Ph.D. in 1995 and is an Associate Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto as well as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, McMaster University and an Associate Member of the Centre for Evaluation of Medicines in Hamilton.
Susan Johnson received her Ph.D. in 2001 and is an Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University.
JoAnn-Kingston Riechers received her Ph.D. 1998 and is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Economics and Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Dalhousie University.
