Some Additions to Arc

Cook and Weisberg's Arc software, programmed in Lisp-Stat, provides an excellent environment for fitting and examining linear and generalized linear models. The interactive statistical graphics are particularly impressive.

I have prepared two additions to Arc. Download the .fsl files (byte-compiled Lisp-Stat files) and place them in Arc's Extras directory. The files will automatically be loaded when Arc starts. If you want to look at or modify the code, then download the .lsp files. These could, alternatively, be placed in the Extras directory, but would execute somewhat more slowly.

(fox.fsl, fox.lsp) Miscelaneous extensions to Arc: includes a recode dialog, multnomial logit models, and more. A pdf file with a brief manual is available.
(data-sht.fsl, data-sht.lsp) An adaptation of code from Forest Young's ViSta system, providing a data spreadsheet for Arc.
